Over 5 years since last post. Maybe I should do something about that.

I think I have found the balance between family, work, and time for me to ride…it just involved getting up at 4:30am. There is a group of guys that have been meeting in Hopkinton for sometime now. What it took for me to commit was for Shannon to go to India for three weeks for work. It was either ride while everyone slept or not at all. So I fully committed. I am in the best shape in years, I have started riding with a guy I have not seen since just after college, and stress is being managed.
