Had an excellent weekend! Started out with leaving work early to burn some annual time before maxing out. Then Mia and I hiked the new Marjory Swope Park as a night hike put on by the 5 Rivers Conservation Trust. The turn out was pretty darn good for how cold it was. I would say at least 25 people showed up.

After the hike we headed to Dos Amigos for a late-ish dinner.

Saturday we awoke to the first snow of the season and headed out for a walk on the trails near our house. We had fresh tracks for most of it.
Sunday Paul and I met with with Jesse & Chris who have done a LOT of the trail work at Page Hill. The conditions were interesting considering there was still a lot of snow, but most of it was rideable. There were a few tricky sections though. Good ride and the weather was pretty decent too.

After the ride Mia and I went and cut down our Christmas tree for this year. Every year that we decorate a tree it becomes more and more a tale of our lives together. Whenever we go on trips we try to pick up an ornament. So now after 11 years together we have a pretty sweet collection of ornaments from Bar Harbor, San Francisco, Hershey Park, Myrtle Beach, Key West, etc. I wonder what it will look like in 20 more years?

Hope everyone else had a good weekend too.
Thanks for reading.
