Now that all the holidays are past and another hectic budget deadline for work was reached, it is time to start getting some “normalcy” back to the routine. The exercise routine had taken the biggest hit leading up Christmas and extending through New Years Eve. Now it is time to start being consistent again.
This week seemed to do that. Other than a stressful Thursday of work and car troubles, I worked out every day this week. Actually used the snowshoes more times this week than all of last season.

New Years Day was spent snowshoeing the Jim Hill Riverwalk in extremely windy conditions. Then enjoying The Hobbit at the movie theater.

Friday night 10 of us and 2 dogs got together for a nighttime snowshoe of Morono Park. Then 6 of us went to Dos Amigos for diner and to hangout after. Trying to make the Friday Night Snowshoe a weekly thing. Hitting various trails in and around Concord. If you are interested in being added to the list email me.

Then on Saturday Mia and I snowshoed up Oak Hill in beautiful weather.
Seriously, if people have not caught on yet, check out the Concord Trails web page. There is enough to keep you busy for awhile if you hit up each one of them. We’re up to 26 designated trails now folks. Get out there.
